Services Provided In Summary :-

• -> 24*7 Support in all working days
• -> Support will be provided through Email/Remote Control/Telephonic/On Site.
• -> On Site support will be chargeable between the mutual understanding of (“First Party” & “Second Party”).
• -> AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) is not applicable for the first year.
• -> AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) is applicable after the first year with the cost INR 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Only /-).

Payment Terms :-

• -> Payment once accepted cannot be refunded can be managed with our (“First Party”) other product(s) and services.
• -> For payment we accept Cheque, Online Payment,Paytm,PayPal and very harder CASH.
• -> In the case of Cheque Payment the Invoice will be provided after the clearance of cheque.
• -> If cheque gets bounce, 2 % penalty will be charged of total cheque amount and bank penalty.

Note :-

• -> Payments have to be made on or before 15 days after installation of the product.
• -> Full payments have to pay before complete activation of the product for One Year.
• -> Extra features, if implanted will be chargeable after discussion with (“First Party”).
• -> A valid ID proof of client is compulsory.
• -> All disputes will solve under Patna High Court.
